In addition to capital goods, purchasing involves the procurement of operating resources, indirect material and services and, above all, production materials.

To master this challenging task, Peguform has set up a virtual matrix organization (centrally organized according to commodity groups/decentrally organized according to Peguform manufacturing plants). With the lead buyers of our various commodity groups based decentrally across all locations of our company, we are also able to cover the major part of local requirements.

Under the leadership of our purchasing division based in Bötzingen, the purchasing organizations of Peguform Germany and Peguform Ibérica, jointly pursue their strategic tasks, such as purchasing marketing, sourcing strategies, supplier selection, determining the form of contracts, quality and cost management as well as supplier development.
