Boetzingen, 5 October 2009 -- As part of the restructuring process of the Peguform Group the renewal of the supervisory board has now been completed. With the appointment of Manfred Wennemer as sixth shareholder representative, the new supervisory board of Peguform is complete. Manfred Wennemer was CEO of Continental AG until mid-2008. His long experience in the automotive industry will provide an important impetus for the further development of the Peguform Group.
