Concept
Design studies and technology developments are made as part of predevelopment projects, with specific use made of the benefits of each plastic material and the related technology. This approach allows cost advantages and quality improvements to be achieved through the integration of functions and skilful material combinations. Ranging from production process through tolerance concepts, service friendliness and recycling concepts, the full range of relevant factors are taken into consideration. The results of these studies flow into the volume development of new products, with various solutions and options at the early concept stages of the project ultimately delivering the best possible product.
